The emoji dress is taking the blogging world by storm now. (You know the one :????) You can’t really blame one to fall straight in love with something so harmlessly flirty, floaty and cheerful. Perfect for summer holidays, or even just a romantic date night with your someone special. It won’t be your everyday staple, but I can assure you it’ll be a show stopper.
There are a variety of similar ones of this kind of pieces, at differently price range, and moderated for different body shape & taste. Mine was a Topshop piece at less than 50 quids. From the price to the design, there was nothing I didn’t love about it. For me, the most important elements of this look is to: 1. Go for a bold red colour(with some pattern, say polka dots or florals if all-over red is not your thing); 2. a sintched in waist line; and 3. a midi to maxi length that flares out at the hem. Altogether to archive that ultimately flattering, flamingo dancer effect just like??.
You can of course wear the dress by itself. I teamed it up with a leather biker and a clean shaped bag/clutch/backpack(you name it, it can be any of those) to balance out the feminine details on the dress.
